Privacy Policy
Operators Advantage | Operated by Gig Wise Holdings LLC
Effective Date: March 20, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Operators Advantage, operated by Gig Wise Holdings LLC ("Operators Advantage," "we," "our," or "us"), collects, uses, shares, protects, and retains information when you visit our website, submit a form, request information, communicate with us, use educational tools, or ask to be connected with appropriate licensed insurance professionals, agencies, carriers, vendors, or service providers.
Operators Advantage provides marketing, education, lead-intake, and referral services for people and businesses seeking information about benefits, insurance-related options, Medicare timing, and related services. Any insurance quotes, recommendations, applications, enrollments, policies, claims, or plan-specific advice must come from appropriately licensed professionals, agencies, carriers, or other authorized providers.
2. Scope of this Policy
- Our website, landing pages, and online forms;
- Educational pages, calculators, checklists, quizzes, and lead-intake tools;
- Email, text message, phone, voicemail, call recording, and scheduling systems;
- Customer relationship management systems and similar third-party platforms;
- Secure forms, secure upload tools, e-signature tools, provider or carrier systems, and referral workflows;
- Medicare-related timing or inquiry forms that may collect birth month/year, but not full DOB or Medicare numbers.
This Policy does not replace the privacy notices or terms of licensed insurance professionals, agencies, carriers, general agencies, Medicare-related partners, Affordable Care Act (ACA)/Marketplace partners, benefits administrators, payroll providers, health plans, health care providers, or other third parties. Those parties may operate under their own privacy practices and legal obligations.

Third-party and referral-source information
Information from referral partners, service providers, analytics tools, anti-fraud tools, licensed professionals, agencies, carriers, or vendors where permitted by law and relevant to your request.
4. Information You Should Not Submit Through Public Forms
Do not submit the following through public website forms, ordinary email, SMS/text message, voicemail, or general inquiry tools unless an appropriate secure method or licensed provider workflow is provided:
- Social Security numbers;
- Medicare numbers;
- Full dates of birth unless specifically required by a secure provider workflow;
- Medical records, claim documents, diagnosis details, prescription lists, or medical histories;
- Bank account information;
- Full employee census files or dependent medical details;
- Insurance claim history or other highly sensitive personal information.
For Medicare-related inquiries on our public forms, we intend to collect birth month/year rather than full date of birth unless a separate secure and compliant workflow requires more information.
5. How We Use Information
- Respond to inquiries and route users to appropriate information or next steps;
- Provide education about benefits, insurance-related topics, Medicare timing, and related services;
- Connect users with appropriate licensed insurance professionals, agencies, carriers, vendors, or service providers when applicable;
- Schedule calls, send confirmations, provide reminders, and manage follow-up;
- Maintain consent, opt-out, source, and compliance records;
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the website and form flows;
- Detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, misuse, unauthorized access, or inaccurate submissions;
- Comply with legal, regulatory, contractual, audit, recordkeeping, and dispute-resolution obligations.
6. Third-Party Systems, CRM, and Data Storage
Operators Advantage may use third-party systems to operate the website, manage inquiries, store form submissions, send communications, schedule calls, track consent records, route requests, and support service workflows. These systems may include CRM platforms, email/SMS tools, call tracking tools, call recording tools, scheduling tools, secure form tools, analytics providers, hosting providers, cloud storage, and provider or carrier systems.
When you submit information, your information may be transmitted to, stored by, or processed within those third-party systems. Some vendors may process information on our behalf. Other parties, such as licensed insurance professionals, agencies, carriers, benefits administrators, Medicare-related partners, Affordable Care Act (ACA)/Marketplace partners, or other providers, may process information under their own privacy policies, contracts, legal obligations, and security programs.
7. How We Share Information
Licensed professionals, agencies, carriers, and providers
We may share relevant information to respond to your request, route your inquiry, support education, facilitate introductions, or help you connect with appropriate licensed professionals, agencies, carriers, vendors, or service providers.
Technology and service vendors
We may share information with vendors that provide website hosting, CRM, email, SMS, phone/call recording, scheduling, secure forms or uploads, cybersecurity, compliance support, translation, document management, analytics, and business operations.
Medicare-related partners or licensed professionals
If you request Medicare-related education, timing help, or follow-up, we may share relevant information with appropriately licensed professionals, agencies, carriers, or service providers who may provide plan-specific discussions or enrollment support through a separate compliant workflow.
Legal, regulatory, security, and business purposes
We may disclose information to comply with law, regulation, subpoena, court order, governmental request, legal obligation, or to protect rights, safety, security, property, and the integrity of our services.
Business transactions
We may disclose information in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.
8. No Sale of Sensitive Inquiry Data
We do not sell Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, medical records, claim documents, diagnosis details, prescription lists, full employee census files, sensitive health information, or nonpublic personal financial information to unrelated third-party marketers or data brokers.
We do not sell your public-form submission data for unrelated third-party marketing. We may share information with licensed professionals, agencies, carriers, vendors, or service providers to respond to your request, route your inquiry, provide education, operate our website, manage communications, comply with law, or support services you request. Some privacy laws define certain advertising, analytics, lead-routing, or cross-context behavioral advertising practices as a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" even where money is not exchanged. If our practices trigger those laws, we will provide required notices and opt-out mechanisms.
9. GLBA and Insurance/Financial Privacy Boundary
Because some inquiries may relate to insurance, benefits, Medicare, or financial products, some information may later become subject to insurance privacy, financial privacy, or Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ("GLBA") requirements when handled by a licensed professional, agency, carrier, or other regulated provider.
If we collect or route information in a workflow that is subject to GLBA or similar state insurance privacy laws, we will handle the information consistent with applicable legal requirements and the relevant provider workflow. Where applicable law provides an opt-out right for certain sharing with nonaffiliated third parties outside legal exceptions, we will provide a method to exercise that right.
10. HIPAA and Health Information Boundary
Operators Advantage is not a health care provider and does not intend to collect medical records, diagnosis information, claims documents, prescriptions, or other protected health information (PHI) through public website forms. If a licensed provider, health plan, carrier, Medicare-related partner, or other regulated entity requires health information through a secure and compliant workflow, that party may have its own privacy notice and legal obligations.
11. Medicare-Related Inquiries
If you submit a Medicare-related inquiry, our public forms may request birth month/year for timing help. Submitting a Medicare-related inquiry does not enroll you in Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Part D, or any other plan and does not guarantee eligibility, availability, benefits, premiums, or coverage.
Any Medicare plan-specific discussion, quote, comparison, recommendation, application, or enrollment may require separate disclosures, call recording where required, a Scope of Appointment or other compliant process, and involvement of an appropriately licensed insurance professional or other authorized provider.
12. Vendor Safeguards and Data Processing Terms
Where appropriate, we seek to use vendors and service providers that maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Depending on the type of information involved and applicable law, we may require vendors or partners to agree to contractual terms addressing permitted uses of information, confidentiality, data security, access controls, breach or security incident notification, subcontractor restrictions, return or deletion of information, assistance with privacy-rights requests, and restrictions on selling or sharing personal information.
No vendor, CRM, carrier system, communication system, secure form tool, or cloud system can be guaranteed to be error-free, uninterrupted, or immune from unauthorized access.
13. Data Breaches and Security Incidents
If we become aware of a security incident involving information we control, we will review the incident and take steps required by applicable law, contract, and vendor obligations. If a security incident occurs within a third-party CRM, licensed provider, agency, carrier, communication vendor, secure form vendor, or other service provider, that third party may have its own investigation, notice, reporting, and remediation obligations. We may cooperate with the third party as appropriate, but we do not control every third-party system, investigation, timeline, or notification process.
14. Cookies, Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
We may use cookies, analytics tools, tags, scripts, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand site traffic, measure marketing performance, improve user experience, analyze form performance, and support security and fraud prevention.
We should not use retargeting, session replay, heatmaps, or advertising pixels on sensitive intake pages unless reviewed and approved for privacy compliance. Where required by law, we will provide cookie notices, opt-out tools, or "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" or "Your Privacy Choices" mechanisms.
15. Communications, Email, Texts, Calls, and No Ringless Voicemail at Launch
By submitting your contact information, you authorize us to contact you about your inquiry, requested services, benefits education, Medicare-related inquiry, scheduling, and related matters. We may use third-party communication vendors to manage these communications and related consent records.
Marketing text messages require separate consent where required. Consent to marketing texts or automated marketing calls is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. You may request that we stop calling you by telling us during a call or contacting us at the contact information listed below.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not use ringless voicemail at launch. If we later choose to use ringless voicemail, we will update our consent language and obtain any consent required by applicable law before using that channel.
Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality, training, compliance, documentation, and service purposes where permitted by law. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
16. State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and whether a particular law applies to us or the relevant data, you may have rights to know what personal information we collect; access information; correct inaccurate information; delete certain information; obtain a copy of certain information; opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and appeal a privacy-rights decision.
Some information may be exempt from state privacy laws because it is regulated by GLBA, HIPAA, insurance laws, employment/benefits laws, or other legal frameworks. To submit a privacy request, contact us at info@joinoanow.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before fulfilling a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
17. Data Security
- Access controls and role-based permissions where available;
- Multi-factor authentication where available;
- Secure form or upload workflows where appropriate;
- Vendor review and contractual safeguards where appropriate;
- Encryption where appropriate;
- Restricted access to sensitive files;
- Employee/contractor confidentiality obligations;
- Retention controls and incident response procedures.
No system is 100% secure. You should not send sensitive information through unsecured channels.
18. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries; provide services; maintain consent records; support requested workflows; comply with legal, regulatory, tax, audit, or recordkeeping obligations; resolve disputes; enforce agreements; and protect legal rights.
Consent records, source records, communication records, and service records may be retained after a user opts out of marketing where retention is necessary for legal, compliance, audit, or dispute purposes.
19. Children and Dependents
Our website and services are intended for adults and business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our website. Dependents may be discussed only through an appropriate licensed provider, carrier, or secure workflow when provided by an authorized adult.
20. Third-Party Websites and Platforms
Our website may link to third-party websites, licensed professionals, agencies, carriers, scheduling tools, Medicare-related partners, provider portals, or other platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, security, or terms of those third parties.
21. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our website or services after the updated Policy is posted means you acknowledge the updated Policy.
